License Agreement
& Terms
All Gravel King Tech software is distributed under proprietary license agreements. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited and subject to enforcement under applicable intellectual property law.
License keys are cryptographically signed, usage-metered, and tied to the registered deployment environment. Violations are detected automatically via the license enforcement engine and reported to the compliance team.

Subject to the terms herein, GKE grants licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software solely within the licensed deployment scope.
Restrictions
Licensee may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the software except as expressly permitted under an OEM agreement.
Audit Rights
GKE reserves the right to audit licensee's use of the software upon 5 business days' notice to verify compliance with license terms.
Intellectual Property
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the software remain exclusively with Gravel King Enterprises.
Termination
This license terminates automatically upon breach. Upon termination, licensee must destroy all copies of the software in their possession.
